A fantastic home from home for our 5 families, with enough space for everyone. Extremely cosy and well maintained. Have already recommended to others as a great location.

The location of this property is lovely and the walks round the lake were stunning in the snow but the roads were a bit tricky in the bad weather. The house is well furnished and equipped and the fresh homemade scones waiting on arrival were a lovely touch. The cottage is also very good if you have a dog.

Overall we had a terrific week-end, the house easily accommodated our party of sixteen at all times. The dining tables were big enough both inside and out, and plenty of seating. The main living room was very hospitable, big settees meant lots of family time in there, around a roaring fire. The surrounding area offered lots of activities and the general location was very tranquil-a real respite from busy working lives.

Yes, for a large group this cottage is ideal. Great garden for BBQ'ing with views across the Lake.
